Each doctor user comes with a set number of SMS, fax, referral, and document processing credits shared across the practice. For most practices, the monthly subscription covers everything. Additional credits are available if you exceed included allowances.
Your monthly subscription only starts once your workflows and forms are built and your team is trained. You pay the one-time onboarding fee up front, then nothing further until you're fully set up and live — so you never pay for software you can't use yet.
